His entrepreneurial passion is to lead teams and build processes for scale. During his tenure, he helped three companies go from start-up phase to IPO including, HomeAway where he spent 10 years building that company up until a 2nd liquidity event when the company sold to Expedia for $3.9bn.
Stephan has the unique talent to think strategically while thriving on operational excellence. He excels in creating and testing online and offline customer acquisition programs and sales channels. Stephan continuously demonstrates strong Business Development & Partner Program management successes.
He also develops win-win strategic partnerships at the highest level not only in the US but also in internationally.
Today, Stephan is winding down his time as CBO with FestivalPass while consulting with a number of clients including THIRDHOME, the largest home exchange in the world & Chris Martin Galleries where Stephan develop and implremented their online marketing strategies.
