I was hired over the phone for a horse job in Emma. I was in major culture shock, having just returned to the US after having been in the UAE for two years  Before that, I had moved 33 times since high school. As soon as I settled in a place, I was ready to leave. I wanted to stay in Aspen but not in my current job. I had been a horse trainer for 13 years but I had also gone to Nursing school,  so I put that degree to good use and became an Ortho nurse. With a teen hockey player,  I needed a side hustle to keep him in the Aspen School district. I had been a House manager and expecially enjoyed when the guests arrived and I felt like Santa Claus, giving them experiences and activities, exposing all ages to all things Roaring Fork. This made me so happy, that I decided to build a business out of showing people all the fun and exciting things to do around here.
