The Connected Concierge Management Group

We manage your home as if it were a 5 star hotel. We leave nothing to chance.

Lee Bryant

Lee Bryant has been in the valley now for over 30 years and after finding her way in the luxury hotel business, she decided to create The Connected Concierge so homeowners could expect the same level of service that they would expect in a luxury hotel. At the Ritz Carlton, the most important skill Lee learned was anticipation, anticipating guest needs. They strive to provide that same attention to detail and anticipatory service to all of their clients.

What brought us to this valley

What brought me to the valley- like so many of us right out of college I was unsure what I wanted to do. I did actually have a job with a PR firm in Washington, DC where I had interned during college. While in Africa for a graduation trip I knew that DC was not for me. I had friends coming to Aspen so I followed them. After the typical ski season jobs, I found I loved hotels. I loved meeting people and sharing with them what makes this valley so special. I created the Connected Concierge first as a concierge service for 2nd homeowners but over time it morphed into property management. The actual definition of property management varies on who you ask, but for our company it is taking genuine care. We realize our clients time at these properties is likely less than what they wished so we ensure that their home is set up and functioning the way it should be. I always say to a client if we do not hear from them during a visit then we must be doing a good job
