I was working for Simon & Schuster in NYC and thriving off of the electricity. It all ended though when I was offered a promotion to become a romance novel publicist. That was when I realized it was time for me to explore my own romantic vision of how my life could be. In 1990, I temporarily visited my sister in Aspen to figure it all out. Five years later I landed my dream job with Dede Brinkman in film production and met my husband, all in the same month.
