Current Ritual

I am honored to have served the Roaring Fork Valley as an Alternative Medicine Facilitator since 2016. I have been an Occupational Therapist since 2009 and I work with clients of all ages and ability levels to promote mind-body well being. Therapeutic touch is my main offering, specializing in newborn and postpartum support, neurologic and orthopedic rehabilitation across the lifespan, as well as psychedelic preparation and integration therapy. All sessions are individualized and may also include the Lucia No3 Therapy Light (for 18+ only), kinesiotape application, spiritual counsel, habit retraining education or whatever support is appropriate.
