Headquarters is a local non-profit that engages, educates, and empowers people to build and enjoy Mental Fitness — paving the way for a healthy, vibrant community.
Mental Fitness is the purposeful practice of taking care of your mind. Through this, we gain the tools and skills to cope with everyday stressors, creating the resiliency to thrive. They focus on the four quarters of Mental Fitness; social, emotional, physical, and financial. Through their workshops and peer support groups, subsizided therapy through the Mental Health Fund, and launching in fall of 2024 Mental Fitness Coach program, HeadQuarters helps people with the tools and resources they need before the reach crisis level situations.
