Sinclair Building Architecture and Design is a design-build firm serving the Roaring Fork Valley. Our aesthetic vocabulary is broad – from historic and traditional, to contemporary and modern – and our projects are international in reach. As both architects and contractors, we provide a single source of responsibility and accountability for our clients and maintain committed partnerships with best-in-class artisans and tradesmen to ensure that what is drawn is delivered. With over 25 years of experience in Aspen, we have successfully delivered a wide variety of projects from high-end residential to commercial, resort, and hospitality. Principal Rob Sinclair personally oversees each project with his professional, experienced team.
Upon graduating from Vanderbilt University, I fulfilled a long-standing dream to leave behind city life and move to the mountains by accepting a job offer from Rob Sinclair, Principal of Sinclair Building Architecture Design. As a lifelong skier and outdoors enthusiast, I knew I belonged in the Roaring Fork Valley and sought to immerse myself in the local community right away. Now, four short years later, I am incredibly grateful for the ability to grow my career, expand my network, and ski my heart out in the most beautiful place imaginable, all while making a difference every day for my company and our clients.
